Claimant(s) Requirements
-- Claimants(s) shall aurthorize only one tracer to submit the TFC form on their behalf.-- Claimant(s) completes said form and returns it by mail along with proof of ownership.-- Must certify that they have not received a premium refund or distributive-- HUD will mail the REQUIRED form HUD-27050-B to Claimant(s),(Tracer Found Case)

The check is always made payable to the
CLAIMANT(S)
By completing a Specific Power of Attorney, along with
form HUD-27050-B, and inserting (Mr. Holbert's),
the Tracer, address must be shown in ITEM 4 on this form.
You will be contacted as soon as a check is received.
This way arrangements can be made on
FINALIZING the refund process.
