Claimant(s) Requirements



 
        -- Claimants(s) shall aurthorize only one tracer to submit the TFC form on their behalf.

          -- Claimant(s) completes said form and returns it by mail along with proof of ownership.  
  
                     -- Must certify that they have not received a premium refund or distributive 
  
                         -- HUD will mail the REQUIRED form HUD-27050-B to Claimant(s), 
 
                             -- HUD will accept ONLY ONE TFC form for each unpaid case.

 Acceptable proof of ownership is, one of the following:

 

a COPY of the letter from the lender showing the mortgage is PAID IN FULL;

 

COPY of the cancelled original Deed of Trust Note marked PAID IN FULL;

 

COPY of original Mortgage or Deed of Trust Note;

 

COPY of the Quit Claim Deed or other Deeds.

 

If applicable, enclose supporting

 

documentation showing entitlement

 

such as divorce decree with

 

the property settlement, and/or Death Certificate.


 

 

 

 


The check is always made payable to the 

CLAIMANT(S) 

By completing a Specific Power of Attorney, along with 

form HUD-27050-B, and inserting (Mr. Holbert's)

the Tracer, address must be shown in ITEM 4 on this form.

You will be contacted as soon as a check is received.

This way arrangements can be made on 

FINALIZING the refund process.
